Rates:
Winter - January 1st thru April 30th - $2500 per month, April 1st thru April 30th - $150 per night (3-Night minimum) or $1000 per week Spring - May 1st thru June 7th - $120 per night (3-Night minimum), $800 per week or $2000 per month Summer - June 8th thru August 24th - $150 per night (3-Night Minimum) or $1000 per week Fall - August 25th thru December 20th - $120 per night (3-Night minimum), $800 per week or $2000 per month, December 21st thru December 31st - $150 per night (3-Night Minimum) or $1000 per week 3-Night Weekend Rentals - Nightly rates are as shown above except that Friday and Saturday nights are $20 Higher |
For requested stays that are less than the durations shown above, reservations will be accepted 30 days in advance or less. We have a 3-Night minimum requirement, with rates ranging from $120 to $170 depending on the dates. Call to confirm. Special Note, additional discounts may be applied depending on the time of year and duration of the stay.
Note, until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include 12.5% tax (Florida State & Volusia County) and a cleaning fee of $110.
A security deposit (by cash or check) must be received within 14 days of making a reservation in order to secure it. $400 is required for stays of a month or longer and $250 for shorter stays. Full payment for the rental including taxes and fees is due prior to arrival (14 days prior to for up to weekly rentals and 30 days prior to for rentals exceeding a week) if paying by cash or check. Call or email to obtain details for final payments to be made by credit card. The security deposit (less any damage deductions) will be returned within 10 business days of departure. Payment may be made in cash, personal check, bank check, travelers check or credit / debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only).
A full refund of the security deposit will be made for cancellations made up to 30 days in advance for weekly (and less) rentals and up to 60 days in advance for rentals over 1 week. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of a weekly (and less) rental and less than 60 days in advance of a rental over a week will be subject to an advertising service fee of $100 that is deducted from the security deposit.
